Marino Software is committed to ensuring accessibility of its website to people with disabilities. New and updated web content produced by our organization will meet WCAG 2.1 LEVEL AA conformance by end March 2020 and accessibility checks will be incorporated into the publishing workflow for all this content.
Existing web content produced by our organization will meet AA standard by end September 2020. The scope of this policy does not cover accessibility of third party applications or videos. As a company we will aim to favor providers based on their accessibility conformance claims however we cannot ensure that all third party applications we use will meet the relevant standards.
Each page of the website includes a link to a chat form allowing users to submit feedback on the site. We will compile and consider this information at monthly Accessibility review meetings. We will respond to any feedback within 48 hours of submission. Review meetings will be completed by the Accessibility team which is made up of members from each functional department.
We will review this statement every 6 months, at the end of August 2020 and end of February 2021. At each of these reviews, we will ensure we are working against the latest accessibility standard versions.
