How we approach it

1. Discovery & seam mapping. We profile the existing system end to end, dependencies, data flow, integration surface, and identify the natural seams where it can be split without breaking customer-facing behaviour.

2. Strangler-fig migration. New capability is built alongside the legacy module behind a façade. Traffic is moved across in slices, with rollback at every step. The legacy module is decommissioned on a stated date, not “eventually”.

3. Platform foundation. We stand up the modern infrastructure (cloud, identity, observability, CI/CD) early so each new module ships into a mature environment, not a build-as-you-go one.

4. Knowledge transfer. Your team is in the room from day one. By the time we leave, your engineers own the new platform, architecture, runbooks, and decisions.
