Marino Public 2030

Accelerated public sector delivery. Procurement-friendly, accessible by default, accountable by design.

Public services that meet citizens where they are.

Marino Public 2030 is our accelerator for public sector digital teams building citizen services that have to meet the EU Digital Decade and Web Accessibility Directive targets by 2030, and ship in the next twelve months.

What’s in the accelerator

A reference architecture. Cloud-native, identity-aware, GDPR-compliant by default. Pre-validated against Public Service Baseline Standards.

A design system. A WCAG 2.2 AA accessible component library, tested with disabled users, ready to brand. Stops every project rebuilding form controls from scratch.

A delivery playbook. Discovery → public beta → full rollout in defined phases, mapped to OGCIO and EU benchmarking expectations. Includes templates for accessibility statements, DPIAs, and procurement frameworks.

A team that knows the room. Designers, engineers and service architects who have shipped at national scale with Met Éireann, RTÉ, Iarnród Éireann, NTMA and HIA.

What success looks like

  • Faster. First public beta in twelve weeks, not twelve months.
  • More accessible. WCAG 2.2 AA verified by independent audit before launch.
  • More accountable. Every decision, performance metric and data flow auditable from day one.
  • Built to evolve. API-first so future services can compose on top without rebuilding.

Where we fit

We work alongside your in-house team and any incumbent suppliers. We are an AWS Public Sector Partner, FSQS-registered, and ISO 27001 / 27017 certified. Our delivery model is designed to plug into existing OGP and EU procurement frameworks.

  • Marino Migrate, AWS cloud migration for public bodies whose digital services need a modern foundation first.
  • Marino Optimise, managed operations once your service is in the wild.
