What we ship
Backend & API platforms. Event-driven, multi-tenant, observable. We design APIs that frontend clients (web and native), agentic systems, and partner integrations can compose against without reverse-engineering the database.
Frontend & native mobile. Native iOS and Android for products where UX is the differentiator. Modern web (Astro, React, Svelte) for content and admin surfaces. Kotlin Multiplatform for shared business logic that runs natively on both, no JavaScript bridge, no second-class platform.
AWS cloud platforms. Registered AWS Partner. We design the landing zone, the IAM model, the deployment pipeline and the observability stack, Infrastructure as Code, repeatable, auditable.
Serverless where it earns its place. Lambda + API Gateway + DynamoDB for genuinely event-driven workloads. We don’t force a serverless model on systems that don’t suit it.
Data platforms. Lakes and pipelines built for analytical workloads, AI/ML training data, and the kind of operational reporting compliance teams actually ask for.
How we run an engagement
- Discovery, two to four weeks. Architecture review, dependency map, integration surface, observability gap. You get a costed delivery plan, not a pitch.
- Foundation phase. Cloud, identity, CI/CD, observability stood up before feature work starts. New code ships into a mature environment from week one.
- Capability delivery. Two-week iterations, demoed live to the people who’ll use the software. Real release candidates in the second iteration, not the twelfth.
- Handover by default. Documentation, runbooks, ADRs, and pair-on-pair knowledge transfer. By the time we leave, your team is the source of truth, not us.
What you should expect

- Test coverage and CI as table stakes. Quality is a property of the process, not a phase at the end.
